What You’ll Do
As a Lead Plumbing Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality residential plumbing services and delivering 5-star experiences:
- Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems
- Present options and recommendations clearly and professionally to homeowners
- Perform high-quality work that meets code and company standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and team members
- Manage your truck inventory and job documentation using company technology
- Consistently deliver 5-star service experiences
What We’re Looking For
- Licensing: Valid MA Plumbing License (Journeyman or Master required)
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience
- Diagnostic Skills: Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Communication: Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attitude: A professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently
- Driver's License: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Screening: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
