Akian Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric is a family-owned, customer service oriented (mostly residential) plumbing, heating, cooling, and drain cleaning firm holding an A1 license located in Watertown, MA.

Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility will be to connect electrical power to HVAC replacement and new installation jobs.
- Power and low voltage wiring to boilers
- Thermostat wiring
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems and components for residential and light commercial applications
- Review building plans and specifications to determine layout and materials
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system components to resolve electrical issues
- Ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance meet code requirements
- Provide top-tier service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
- Prepare materials for projects and set up electrical service/panels alongside a helper/team
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of electrical experience
- Education: High School Diploma / GED required
- Licensing: Massachusetts Electrical License preferred
- Driver's License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (Required)
- Schedule: Ability to work 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday (with occasional optional overtime)
- Commute: Ability to commute to Watertown, MA
- Skills: Proficient in residential electrical services and building codes; ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/walk for long periods; reach, handle, and manipulate objects; lift and carry up to 100 lbs; climb ladders/scaffolds; work in stooped, kneeling, or crawling positions under varying weather conditions
